New method for average element size calculation for solid

Average soil element size can be set on Mesh tab, in previous versions this was available at Structure/Soil/Default settings/General and a new functionality is added to calculate the average element size automatically with the Calculate automatically function.

The Use coarse mesh at outer parts option is removed, because program can recognize where to use coarse mesh, but the size needs to be set in the Multiplier for outer parts.

Selecting a soil will the following dialog appears.

The settings under Settings/Calculation/Mesh/Elements are slightly changed
